10 DAYS AFTER TEST

I have started my regime, and after a ten day headache, (I was just starting to get worried)! It finally cleared and my sinuses were clear, for the first time in 50 years. I can actually breathe through BOTH nostrils for once!

I am ringing the Saltburn shop to book my friend in for next time you are in hopefully; she was so impressed with my cleared sinuses.

Your work must be very fulfilling. I am more than happy for you to use any part of my e-mails for any testimonials at all. It might help people decide to let you help them as you did me.

When I started (gradually not fully) a week last Wednesday, I weighted ten stone seven, (my heaviest for a long time). I knew certain foods were making me bloated.

I was waiting to see you to be tested, so I could be pointed in the right direction, and although I am eating as much now. I am eating the right things and more prudently, and self-respectfully and now weigh just over ten stone. I couldn’t believe it although I did think my clothes felt a bit comfier.

FIVE WEEKS AFTER THE TEST

Hello there John its Karen here (from Loftus) how are you doing?  Bet you are as bizzy as a bee as usual!

You will be pleased to know I have stuck (almost!) rigidly to my new eating plan. I had gone off so many of the forbidden foods just before I was tested, that it hasn’t really been a strain at all.

I feel much better in myself; lighter; brighter and much more energised. I think I won’t just be sticking to it; it will be a new permanent way of life from now on.

FOURTEEN WEEKS AFTER THE TEST

Hello John giving you a future updates.  Hope all is well.

I am fine and still sticking to my healthy eating plan; it is easy now, and like second nature.  I keep; introducing back one food a week, but I always get the same reaction, a VERY upset stomach, and a blinding headache and blocked sinuses!
